Evaluating and Documenting Employee Performance
You can document the evaluation and performance of your employees under the dashlet 'Evaluation and Performance'. This dashlet is available on an employee's start screen or via the 'Performance' tab. When you click on it, the following screen appears:

Add a Performance Review:
- Click on ‘Add Performance Review’ to document a new review.

Enter Required Information:
- Fill in the requested information. You can also link action points based on agreements made during the review. You will receive a reminder 30 days in advance based on these action points. The number of days can be adjusted as needed.

Attach Related Documents:
- By clicking on the paperclip icon in the top right corner, you can attach a related form to ensure the complete evaluation and performance process is documented in the personnel file.
This process helps ensure that all performance reviews and related action points are properly recorded and accessible within the employee's file.
