To view an employee’s leave balance and manage their leave, follow these steps:
Access Employee Profile:
In the left menu, select ‘Employees’.
Choose the employee whose leave balance you want to view.
Check Leave Balance:
In the ‘Leave’ section, you’ll see the current leave balance of the employee. Leave with the status ‘Requested’ has not yet been processed into the balance. Only once a leave request is approved will the hours be deducted from the leave balance.
Detailed Leave Overview:
Click on ‘more…’ in the ‘Leave’ section to access a comprehensive overview of the employee’s leave:
Here, you’ll see the approved leave, requested leave, and remaining balance for each type of leave.
View Employee Attendance:
To view an overview of employee attendance, go to the left menu and select ‘Calendar’. The following screen will appear:

- Red: Shows the standard working days and hours of the employee.
- Yellow: Indicates leave days.
- Green: Represents public holidays.
- Refer to the legend at the top for color coding. Clicking on any item in the legend will hide that color from the overview.
By following these steps, you can efficiently track and manage employee leave balances and attendance, ensuring accurate records and effective leave management.
