To complete the task of signing documents, follow these steps:
Receive Notification:
You will receive an email notification informing you of the pending task.
Log In to the System:
Upon logging in, check the menu on the right side under 'Actions' for the open task.
Open the Task:
Click on the task to open the document that needs to be signed.
Review the Document:
Thoroughly review the document before signing.
Sign the Document:
- Signature Field: Scroll to the bottom of the document where the signature fields are defined.
- Click to Sign: Click on the blue signature field to enter your signature.
- Complete Signature: Click the green ‘Sign’ button at the bottom of the document. Your signature will be entered into the field.
- Confirm: Click ‘I Agree’ at the bottom right of the document to complete the signing process.
Note: Document signing is only possible through the web version of the application. You cannot sign documents via the mobile app, but you can use your phone to sign if you follow the same steps as above.
By following these instructions, you can efficiently review and sign documents, ensuring all necessary approvals are completed promptly.
